Applicable law
These General Terms of Use are governed by French law and only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
In the event of a dispute related to the application and/or interpretation of these General Terms of Use, if a written complaint to customer service remains unsuccessful, the User has the option to resort to any alternative dispute resolution method, including a mediation procedure with the CMAP - 39, avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France -. www.cmap.fr or on the European online dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr, who will attempt to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute. The User remains free to accept or refuse the use of mediation and, in the event of mediation, each party is free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
In the absence of an amicable solution or recourse to mediation, all disputes arising from these General Terms of Use, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences, and follow-up will be submitted to the French courts.
The fact that one of the Parties does not invoke against the other Party a breach of any of its obligations set forth in these General Terms of Use shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
