Is the Jewelmetry cuff designed for men or women?
The Jewelmetry Cuff is designed as a unisex piece.
Its proportions and minimalist design are intended to suit a wide range of styles and wrist sizes.
What is the difference between the Polished and Satin finishes?
The Polished finish offers a mirror-like surface that reflects light with greater intensity.
The Satin finish features a softer, brushed texture with a more understated appearance.
Both finishes are crafted from the same solid sterling silver and develop their own character over time.
What if I selected the wrong size?
If your cuff is unworn and returned in its original condition, you may request an exchange within the return period.

Will sterling silver tarnish over time?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time when exposed to air, moisture and everyday environmental factors.
This is a normal characteristic of the material and can easily be removed with regular cleaning using a soft polishing cloth.
Can my Jewelmetry cuff be refinished?
Yes. We offer professional refinishing services to restore the original appearance of your cuff. Whether you own a polished or satin version, our team will be happy to advise you on the available options.
Can the Jewelmetry cuff be adjusted?
The Jewelmetry Cuff is designed to retain its original shape. We do not recommend repeatedly bending or adjusting the piece, as this may affect its structure over time. If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our Size Guide or contact us before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
How to pay in 3 or 4 installments without fees?
If you wish to pay in 4 installments with no fees, please select PayPal or Klarna as your payment method. Once on the PayPal or the Klarna websites to finalize your payment, you will have the option to choose the installment payment method.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, Nieller is committed to protecting your data. An SSL encryption system is implemented for each transaction to protect your payment information. Furthermore, your payment details are neither stored nor recorded.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes.
What are the shipping times?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email at each stage of your order processing, from validation to shipment.
I haven't received the order confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your spam folder for the order confirmation email. If you have a Nieller customer account, you can find all your order information there. Otherwise, please contact us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each piece of jewelry comes in a signature Nieller gift box, ready for giving. No price is indicated in the package, allowing you to give it in person or have it delivered directly to the recipient of your choice.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Of course. Simply send us your message, along with your order number. Your message will be handwritten on a special card and included in the package.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, the invoice is automatically sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend it.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
How does the delivery process work?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery on our carrier UPS's website. The package will be delivered against signature.
What are the delivery times?
From the date of dispatch of your order, delivery is made between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the country of destination.
Are Nieller items insured upon delivery?
Nieller is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer. If the package is missing, Nieller may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine who is responsible. Please contact our Customer Service if your order details indicate that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it.
What should I do if my order is not correct?
If you notice an error in your order (reference, size, color, etc.) or a defect upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product in question. We will quickly offer you a suitable solution.
Returns & exchanges
How do I make a return?
You have the option to return your order within 30 days of the receipt date. Please contact us; we will assist you with your return request. Your order must be returned in its original condition: the jewelry in its original packaging, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, and must not have been worn in order to meet our Quality Control requirements.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Yes, return shipping is covered by Nieller. A prepaid return label will be sent to you.
What are the reimbursement terms?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an unworn product in its original packaging. Subject to acceptance of your return by our Quality Control department, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
If you wish to exchange your order for another item, we invite you to return your order for a refund, and then place a new order.
Care & services
Do Nieller jewelry pieces come with a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers defects related to design or manufacturing. It does not apply to damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
How do I take care of my Nieller jewelry?

Do you offer maintenance and repair services?
We can provide a cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating service. If your jewelry is damaged, we offer a refurbishment service. Please contact us for a quote.
