Shipping
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
We ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track your delivery on our carrier UPS's website. The package will require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days from the date of your order, depending on the destination country.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order. To make a return, please contact us; we will assist you with your request.
Your order must be returned in its original condition: the jewelry in its original packaging, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, and unworn to meet our Quality Control requirements.
Return shipping costs are covered by Nieller. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Your order will be refunded within 7 business days of Nieller receiving your return, subject to acceptance by our Quality Control team, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The refund will be issued to the same bank card or account used for the original purchase.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
